You will need to cover the postage cost of returning the item (see below for exceptions) but we are happy to send out exchanges at no further cost.
Refunds will be processed on return of the item, and reimbursement will be made to the original payment method.
For credit and debt cards please be allow 3 to 5 working days for refund to show in your account.
If you paid by paypal you will receive email confirmation that the refund has been processed.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEM
If your item is faulty or damaged please contact us by emailing email@example.com and we will contact you to resolve the issue.
Please provide images to confirm the fault and we will usually be able to post out a replacement straight away.
If we are unable to confirm a fault and require the item to be sent back to us then we will reimburse any postage costs incurred if the item proves to be faulty. Please retain any tags and labels to be returned with the item.
